All About Steve: Jobs Makes Return at Apple Event
Apple kicked off it’s rock-n-roll themed event in San Francisco today. Trumping all news was Steve Jobs’ first public appearance since his medical leave earlier this year.
To no surprise, music and video dominated the opening proceedings. Some of the early highlights according to CNET News are a new look for the iTunes Store, the availability of iPhone OS 3.1, the quality of games for the iPod Touch, new colors for the iPod Shuffle, and a 4GB Flip Video camera. Another notable happening was an appearance by Google’s Eric Schmidt, a little over a month since his resignation from the Apple board.
